Pomona Hope

Pomona Hope is funded by grants and donations, and there is no cost to attend.

K-8th grade

For the summer of 2021, Summer Enrichment with Pomona Hope (SEPH) will admit rising 1st-8th grade students who wish to attend our in-person summer program, whose parent/guardian attends a pre-scheduled Family Orientation, and fills out the required form, provided there is space in their age group.  Students will not be considered enrolled until the admissions and medical release forms are completed and submitted.  Parents/Guardians will receive an email with confirmation.  The admissions forms will be provided at the end of the Family Orientation, to ensure attendance to the entire orientation.  Parents/Guardians should be prepared with the following in order to fill out the admissions and medical release form:

  • the student’s latest report card
  • medical insurance information
  • contact info for emergency contacts
  • vaccination records

If more students enroll than space is available, admission for each age group is prioritized in this order:

  • Students who were enrolled in the previous program cycle
  • Siblings and relatives of students who were enrolled in the previous program cycle
  • “Legacy” students (students who have been enrolled previously)
  • All other applicants

Any students who are not admitted due to available spots in their age group will be placed on a waiting list to be admitted as soon as a spot opens up.
